What would Copyright Law contain?

Copyright is concept which protects the original work of creator and gives them legal exclusive right of the item. This gives copyright holder right to sell, use or resell their work to anyone. Only copyright holder can create derivative or alter his work in anyways. Holder can make copies of his work and distribute them and can sell original or altered version of his work. The creator of a work holds copyright even if they don’t expressly say so.

Violations of FlashTerrain terms

Some violation made by author may cause temporary lock on authors account while more serious violation may cause authors account disabled completely and all his cash withheld indefinitely. Once account is disabled due to serious violation user can not register a new account with the site.

Violations those may lead to disabled accounts include, but not limited to

• Selling items under exclusive authoring program to other market place online or offline.
• Selling items those are not your own creation or you don’t have authorization.
• Selling items bought from FlashTerrain to any market place.
• Uploading malicious content which may contain virus or spywares.
• Uploading content that available for free distribution and prohibits users from resale.

Violations those may lead to temporary lock of account include, but not limited to

• Uploading content that’s not user creation and is available free with no license restricting its resale.
• Uploading content that has been generated from examples provided in any tutorial.
