Upload Products
As a member selling its products, you are supposed to upload your products for sale using simple upload form. Once its submitted, content is reviewed by FlashTerrain. If approved the item would be listed in FlashTerrain for sale with appropriate pricing. If not approved you would be provided explanation about the reason for denial.
Promote Products
FlashTerrain will market and promote your products and products on its site via various programs. You can promote your products via social bookmarking features available with FlashTerrain.
Make Money
If item is sold using FlashTerrain platform you will receive a percentage of your items sold into your account. You will receive 80% of sale price for selling exclusively and 50% for selling non-exclusively.
Pricing policy
Cost of items to be sold by seller is dependent on multiple factors during the review process. While filling upload form author would be asked to give price that justifies his content but final decision on price would be done by FlashTerrain. If there is any disagreement, it would be resolved by contacting support. Item would be reevaluated and files would be uploaded with new cost of purchase accordingly and author would be notified about the change. Price may be changed solely at the discretion of FlashTerrain.
reviews its contents to remain up to date with current software and trends. If authors content does not pass review, author would be notified for upgrading their content. If no changes are made from author, this content would be inactivated.
Other information
For item to be listed in FlashTerrain it needs to be in certain formats and need to fulfill FlashTerrain quality standards. Some of the general requirements are as under
- A thumbnail image to represent item listed.
- A preview of item depending on the type of content uploaded.
- A zipped file with all the instruction and helping documents for download.
It is important for author to realize that FlashTerrain is just acting as a platform for buyer and seller interaction and its transactions are done between buyer and seller. This is important to remember that if seller is doing something wrong such as not following terms and conditions, he would be liable and responsible for all legal actions.
